When HMD Global relaunched the Nokia brand of mobile phone in 2017, it was no doubt that they are determined to stay strong and competitive in the mobile phones industry. With the success recorded with its innovative products such as the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 in 2017, the Finnish giant has started 2018 on a strong footing with the launch of the Nokia 7 Plus. Stylish and beautiful, the Nokia 7 Plus comes with 6-inch screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 to prevent minor scratches. It is powered by Google’s Android One with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. The back cameras of 12MP and 13MP are powered by ZEISS optics which is one of the impressive aspect of the phone. It comes with 3800 mAh battery which can keep you going for two days in ideal conditions. However, the smartphone is not waterproof.

HMD Global Set to Unveil Nokia X

Mobile phone manufacturers, HMD Global, the company responsible for the new generation Nokia phones is set to officially unveil its first device in the upcoming X-Series smartphones. The first in the series to be known as Nokia X has also been rumoured to be called the  Nokia X6 possibly to avoid confusing customers with the Nokia X Dual Sim phone which was released in 2014 by Nokia Corporation. After confirming the launch date of the company's first smartphone with a display notch late last month, HMD Global is now said to have revealed that the event will be held in Beijing, China on May 16 at 2pm (local time).
